SEESHA BIHAR RELIEF OPERATIONS 2008

In Bihar flood situation is worst and people are affected very badly, road, power, communication, health facilities, shelter and other infrastructure had become dysfunctional and waterlogged houses and cattle sheds are likely to emerge as a breeding ground for all the deadly sickness currently Doctors are not providing health assistance to the affected areas. In this adverse situation the SEESHA team with 50 volunteers (doctors team, church leaders, local area leaders, school principal, army officials and police force). Flood Relief operations were held at Bhagalpur villages and surrounding areas of Patna. We have organised medical camps and distributed medicines freely for 8,000 people both men & women, 2,000 bed sheets were distributed to the old age people, 1,000 children received Porridge Powder and 500 families received food grains like rice, dal atta nd porridge powder. Nearly 12,000 men, women & children were benefited.

We thank God for giving us an opportunity to carryout the Lord’s work with wonderful team and support. Once again I thank God and you for all your contribution towards this cause in enabling us to reach the poorest of the poor.
