Seesha joining with Jesus Mercy Church of Utteramerur and Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospitals, Chennai conducted a free Eye & General Medical camp at R.N.Utteramerur of Kanchipuram district on 27 th June 2007.
- Efforts were taken to advertise the program well in advance to all the 18 villages of Utteramerur through handbills, audio announcements and newspapers.
- More than 150 people participated in the camp from near by villages. 15 of them were selected for free Eye operations to be conducted free of cost by the Agarwal hospital under “Tamilnadu Kanparvai Ezhappu Thaduppu Maiyam”.
- Dr. D. Raj Gopal, Chief Executive of Dr. Agarwal’s Research Center, Dr.Pankkaj, Dr. Mrs. Dilniwas, Mr. Neelakandan, Dr. L.M. Paul Rajan, General physician from Agarwal’s hospital rendered their service to this noble cause. We also sincerely recognize the services of Mr. Easter Raj who attended as volunteer and coordinated the camp.
